- General API rate limit: 1,000 requests per hour per IP
- Contact form: 3 submissions per hour per IP
- Do not attempt to scrape the entire database
- Commercial use of the API requires prior agreement
5. Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, VNDatabase is provided "as is" without warranty. Data may contain errors or be outdated. Always verify critical information with official government sources.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to overload or disrupt the service
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Submitting false or misleading contact form data
